American Laser graphic design will create incredibly stunning artwork and engrave it into the highest quality 40mm coins available in several metal types.  We don’t use mystery metal coin-factory blanks (see description and material composition below).  Our coins have an authentic look and a true reeded edge.  They are large – over 1.5″ in diameter, thick (approx 3mm), and feel substantial in hand.

Unlike the run-of-the-mill challenge coin, our designs are not stamped by a press into the surface of the coin.  They are not cheap steel poker chips that the ETSY people use.  We utilize a lengthy process where they are engraved with a high-quality laser CNC machine and finished by hand, one at a time with steps including a chemical darkening process, hand sanding, and buffing.

Our coins are not just laser “marked” with superficial engraving, they are deep engraved providing a bold, rich, quality end result.  Furthermore, our coins are custom and unique – personalized by you.  Once completed, you have a one-of-a-kind keepsake for you, and they also make awesome gifts.
